William Webster is a former member of the Royal Artillery who left the Army as a Warrant Officer after 25 years service. On leaving the Military he worked in the Transport Office of an International cosmetic company for 15 years based on the south coast as their Transport Operations Manager. It was in Edinburgh, when he was posted there with the Military, that he first got an idea about a childrens book.

A keen reader, William likes to read real life adventures written by the people who lived them. Married with two children, William was born in Kilmarnock, Scotland. He now lives in Wigtownshire, Scotland and not far from the coast.
